Sous Vide & Kettle Room
Our secondary kitchen is geared towards the development of sous vide and kettle-cooked recipes, complete with industrial scale kettles and numerous sous vide circulators.
Our laboratory features an enormous flavor library and a full catalog of herbs, spices and functional ingredients.
